the old fighter in the shadows of the smoky gym,
seeing new champions bask in their glory,

my string has been taut too long,
it loses its tune,
the bow touches,
and the once-glorious harmony is
no more.

"Sojourn" has a ring,
"Sabbatical" invokes dreaming of far away places,
"Journey" sets my mind a-wander.

And when I get back,
